- We provision. Phones are configured for our hosted service or your existing system before they leave us.
- Plug in and call. Connect the phone to the network. Numbers can be ported to our service on a scheduled date if you are switching.

Moving off 3CX or another platform? We map your extensions, ring groups and call flows and move you to hosted service on a scheduled date.

Will the phones work with my current phone system?
Often, yes. Tell us what system you run and we will confirm compatibility before you order and configure the phones for it.
What does provisioning include?
Extension and account setup, line and speed-dial keys, time zone and firmware, so each phone is ready for its user.
Do I have to use your hosted service?
No. You can buy configured phones for the system you already have, or move to our hosted service when you are ready.
Do you carry other brands?
Yes. We also supply and pre-configure Yeastar, Grandstream and Sangoma phones and systems.
Can I keep my numbers if I switch to hosted service?
In most cases, yes. We handle the port request and schedule the cutover.
