This policy explains what BuyYealink (“we”) collects through buyyealink.com, how it is used and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form we collect what you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, the number of users and locations, and your message. Along with the form, the site records which page it was sent from, any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source) and the site that referred you.
If you place an order or create an account in our shop, we collect the details needed to complete it, such as billing and shipping name, address, email and phone, and the items ordered. Card payments are handled by the payment processor shown at checkout; we do not store full card numbers on this site.
Like any website, ours is served through hosting and security services that see connection details such as your IP address and browser, which are used to deliver pages and block attacks.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes and deliver the services and products you order.
- To send occasional product and service updates, only if you tick the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the site and our customers from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where it goes
Quote and contact form submissions are sent to the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use to track requests and customers. Shop orders are stored in this website and may be copied to the same CRM so we can support you. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers that host or process data for us (hosting, security, payment and phone service providers) only use it to provide their services to us.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. It uses essential cookies only: shop cookies that remember your cart and session, WordPress cookies for logged-in users, and cookies our security and performance providers set to block automated abuse and speed up pages. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and login will not work without them.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Send the request through the quote form and write “Privacy request” in the details. We may need to keep some records where the law or an active contract requires it.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
